The 'carrier' plane (Cargo) was designed to do various jobs: The primary one is to carry aloft the space shuttle (which is just a glider - like the full size) & release it at height. With a different cradle, we can also take up gliders as shown.

Other tasks include Banner towing, R/C Parachute dropping & toffee/ bomb/streamer dropping, Aero towing, and as a platform for a camera.

The carrier model is 72" wingspan and is powered by a Webra 90.

Two different tail assemblies were made, one is conventional, but the other was a 'V' tail in an effort to keep the towline of a glider clear of a vertical fin.
Both designs flew just as well.

Slightly larger than Mk1, & with a 'Zenoah 26' fitted - gives a sparkling performance.
Has all the usual gadgets - Two releases on wing top - Bomb doors underneath, with separate release inside
Cradles for Shuttle and glider can be fixed to wing top in seconds.
