| Home Page | The festival is easily reached by public transport. BY BUS Buses including the excellent Thanet Loop and services to/from Canterbury Birchington and Westgate (daytime only) stop in nearby Northdown Road which is only a 5 minute walk away from the Winter Gardens. Local service 33 (Westwood - Birchington) serves the bus stops adjacent to the Winter Gardens on Saturday only. Other services (including evening services to/from Canterbury Birchington and Westgate) serve the Town Centre (Cecil Square) about half a mile away. A Sunday service will operate on Good Friday, with additional daytime services on the Loop. For full details of local bus services visit Stagecoach East Kent or Eastonways websites.
