Headquarters (2, 3, 4 & 5 Divisions) (Lib HQ (2,3,4,5 Divs)) is the
main Library for all Army Libraries and Army Education Centres (AECs) within 2, 3, 4 and 5
Divisions and some overseas detachments. It acts as a central information point,
coordinates interlibrary loans of books and self instruction language courses, and
supplies stock to cover operational, training and educational needs and, where necessary,
