Library Headquarters (Germany) (Lib HQ (G)) is the main Library for all Army Libraries and Army Education Centres (AECs) within Germany. It acts as a central information point, coordinates interlibrary loans of books and self instruction language courses, and supplies stock to cover operational, training and educational needs and, where necessary, welfare stock.

The Head of Library Services for Germany (Hd Lib S (G)) is based at Rheindahlen and provides support to libraries, AECs and individuals as required.
