Sonic Systems was started in 1982 by Tim Owen, who had previously
been the service manager for Scenic Sounds, one of the first professional
audio companies, who at the time had the agency for a large amount of
American imports, eg dbx, Harrison, Lexicon, Orban etc

Tim has had various maintenance contracts, 1982-85 with Music Works
Studios, 1990-92 with Britannia Row Studios, and for PA maintenance
1994-97 with Britannia Row Productions being the technician for them
at Knebworth 1996 and setting up the same system for Oasis in Cork.
