23rd June 2004 - Today we visit a Gordon Keeble. Did anyone mention a field ? Chassis number 72 was advertised as needing restoration / re-assembly.
You can tell from the photos in Gallery 1 that "72" or "No.72" has not had a very comfortable few years.
There are probably a few reasons why I had little intention of buying, I do not like stinging nettles for one. Nettles aside, years in a field uncovered take their toll but that is something for later.
I spent a couple of days before I decided to go into Classic Car Restoration. The deal was done and all that was left to do was bring No.72 home to Southampton.
