Expansion joints are flexible elements used in pipe work and assemblies to allow for movement in all directions depending on the type of expansion joint selected.
Expansion Joints can be supplied from Nominal Diameter ND16 to ND 2 Metre and Nominal Pressure NP1 to NP8O bar depending on ND. Most types of expansion joints are available with weld ends or welded on flanges. Loose encapsulated flanges can also be specified where the medium must not be in contact with the flange material or where bolt alignment can not be guaranteed.
All bellows elements are multiply construction, which provides a high fatigue life, but with a short construction and low spring rate.
Internal sleeves can be specified to protect the bellows element where the medium is abrasive or a high velocity.
A range of Rubber and PTFE Bellows Expansion Joints are also available for applications not requiring the security of metallic bellows elements.

They are a similar construction to Expansion Joints and are designed to dampen out vibration and amplitude from pipework produced by reciprocating machinery such as diesel engines, pumps and compressors.
Construction is with multiply bellows and loose encapsulated flanges. Other types with longer convoluted elements of hose and braiding can be supplied with either loose flanges, GAS Tread fittings or a copper construction with tubular terminations for a soldered connection.

Available in smaller diameters from 1/2" to 2" for axial movement only. Construction is with multiply bellows and weld ends, mail GAS Threads or copper construction with tubular termination for soldered connection.

Used as a fully flexible element to convey media in pipework to compensate for build tolerances, a large range of movement and vibration damping.
Available in various annular and helical corrugation constructions depending on duty from ND5 to ND300. Pressure rating can be enhanced with the addition of several layers of wire braid. Weld end, flanged and numerous proprietary end fittings are offered in mild steel, brass and stainless steel.

Precise single and multiply bellow elements and assemblies from 10mm to 120mm diameter in various materials including stainless steel, brass, bronze and more exotic grades.
Several standard end forms are possible to suit individual applications. We can offer bellows together with end pieces to customer design assembled and leak tested.

Manufactured in stainless steel and available with ISO-K, ISO-KF and CF Flanges for HV and UHV service with lengths from 100mm to 1 metre. Each assembly is helium leak checked prior to despatch.

Capacity is available for the production of large helical springs in bar diameters of up to 100mm down to small spring’s products in 1mm diameter wire. Also Disc Springs of up to 1M diameter can be produced with load testing up to 50 Tonnes.
TLR can supply compression springs in bar lengths of 15 Metres and 550mm inside diameter. This dramatically extends the range of options open to the design engineer where previously multi—coil spring nests were the only possible solution.
Other springs products include, disc springs, leaf springs, volute springs, clock springs and numerous formed and pressed spring parts.
We work with common DIN and EN Material grades with various finishes depending on the application. More exotic materials grades where necessary are offered to suit customer requirements.
