The Certificate in Community Volunteering (CCV) is a course for volunteers .
It is run by ASDAN (Award Scheme Development & Accreditation Network) and was approved by the QCA (Qualifications and Curriculum Authority) in 2001.
It is available throughout the UK, which means you can now complete the CCV via distance learning on the City of Bristol College's virtual campus.
The college will provide e-mail and telephone support from an experienced tutor - all you need is an Internet connection.
