Trailer Wiring
I can never find this diagram when I need it -- so here it is! This allows you to connect up the wiring to tow a trailer.
Note: If you have a modern caravan, refer to the dealer as they may have an additional socket wired up to allow fridges etc to be run!
You may have to wire in an audible warning device, which buzzes when your trailer is connected and you are signalling left or right. Check with your trailer/caravan dealer for the latest legal requirements.
Use the diagram and the following wiring table to wire up your Cortina.

| 4 | Green | Off-side Indicators |
| 5 | Brown | Off-side Tail Lamps |
| 6 | Red | Stop Lamps |
| 7 | Black | Near-side Tail lamps and number plate |
