Whether you are an estate agent or solicitor planning on producing home information packs for your clients, or perhaps a homeowner wondering how the new inspections will be carried out, you will find useful information on this site. From 1st August, all properties with four bedrooms or more coming on the market will need a Home Information Pack. In the near future, this requirement will be rolled out to three bedroom properties, then finally to all other properties. The government hopes to have all properties included by the end of 2007.
