years and we are full members of the National Association of Commercial Finance
Brokers and Associates of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Tony Rowland, Proprietor, served for more than 30 years
with a major clearing bank, the last 10 of those years as a Corporate Manager.
We negotiate ALL types of Business Finance and Re-Finance and we have access
to more than fifty major lending institutions including Specialist Lenders for
Residential/Commercial Development Finance and Bridging Loans.
Non-Status finance can be arranged where production of
trading accounts is not required and where, in some cases, there might be
adverse Credit History.
We are prepared to look at, and have experience of
handling proposals from £20,000 upwards with no upper limit.
All work is processed in accordance with the strict Code
of Conduct of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers. We do
NOT charge up-front Arrangement Fees.
We have the experience to negotiate the most competitive
terms, present the proposal on your behalf, assist with financial projections
where needed and we look after the whole process right through until the
arrival of your funds.
Even if your proposal does not appear straightforward
and within lenders' criteria we can often negotiate a tailored package of
funding to meet your requirements.
