Welcome to the new look website for Team Geriatric.

As you can see elswhere on this page we had a very successful 2009, and, at the end of the year we were looking forward to 2010.
The trusty 205 went up for sale as we had great plans to compete in the 2010 season in the Suzuki Swift one make championship.
This does not look like it is going to happen as I write this, at the beginning of February. I have simply not been able to raise the funds required to build a competitive car. All my sponsors have dug deeper into their pockets and I have secured a new sponsor, but it just doesn't look like it is going to happen.

On a brighter note, it is possible that, as a result of the various organisational bodies getting together and sorting out various things, I may build a new car for this year and compete in the National series events. Many have asked me, What is the difference between a National and British Championship? You now what? It has been very hard to explain, but with the settling of a few things and the events running on the same day at the same venues it is possible that the public may not see a difference anymore. Many of you will know that the British Stock Hatch Championship is no more, but apparently Motors TV have commited to showing the cars under their new heading for this season, because the public can identify with the cars and even afford to have a go if they so desire.

So I suppose that what I am saying is "I don't know what I am going to do this year" The 205 is still for sale following some potential deals falling through so if you are interested, e-mail me via the button on the left.
