Formed in 1973 by like minded motorsports enthusiasts, and petrol heads in general,
with the intention of promoting, organising and competing in motorsport in the
Wigan area. The club has gone from strength to strength and now has over 150
members. Regular meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at theThe Delph Tavern, Tontine, Orrell. Club meetings are a chance for the members to get together, have a drink and lie through their teeth about how much power their latest engine or modification is going to give them. We also have the usual video and quiz nights as well as other events. Club members are actively involved in stage rallying, sprints, rallycross, hillclimbs, marshalling. As well as being rather successful in local championships, such as those organised by the A.N.C.C. and A.N.W.C.C., members compete in national and international events. We may not be the biggest club in the North West, but we believe we are the friendliest and the best value for money You don't have to be a member to turn up at a club night, so why not come and join
