Schematic

Schematic diagrams of any existing or proposed equipment in the mill. All services, electrical, schematics, flowsheets etc, for presentation, maintenance and record purposes.

We are currently undertaking "on-going" work at a number of UK Paper mills where we have been established for over eight years, as well as providing our services for a number of mills on a "short-term" contract basis. We are flexible in our approach and we provide a quality service to our client base.

Safety

An increasing number of clients are using our services for the production of a Safety Report/Risk Assessment on their Paper Machine guarding.

Using the Fourth Report as a baseline carry out a full machine survey, produce a background drawing and complement this with a Report based on our findings. Recommendations are then tabled, the operators, as well as the safety team are consulted before we finalise details and issue drawings for approval before manufacture. All our designs conform to current BS requirements.
