When you find your nearest club simply go along and take a look. All our instructor's are very friendly and will willingly speak to you about Aikido.

Nothing is needed, just normal track suit bottoms and a t-shirt. For safety to your self and others please remove jewellery or tape over any rings.
Don't worry about your personal physical abilities or gender as Aikido is so flexible it caters for everybody.
