WOMBWELL FOLK CLUB

 

On the third Wednesday (from 8:30pm) of every month at 'The Paddys' (Wombwell Catholic Club). We are mainly a singers club with the occasional Local guest. We have a private room (seats 50ish) for our singers/guest nights, but this opens up into a large room with stage etc (150 people) for concert nights. Drinks are club and not pub prices (cheaper).

The club is run by Marie Aveling, Hedley and Lynn Jones and is run on a non-profit making basis.

You are most welcome to come and listen any 3rd Wednesday from 8:30pm, and if you play an instrument or sing, come along and join us. Standard format is around 60mins singers and 60mins guest.

Wombwell folk Club is at :- 'The Paddys',Wombwell Catholic Club, Park Street, Wombwell, Barnsley, South Yorkshire.(100yds from Wombwell Police Station.)
