A Register of Lanz Tractors is being compiled by Andy Watson of Grantham, England.
So far, over 6,200 Bulldogs, Alldogs and Lanz implements have been located in 39 countries.

Lanz tractors were built in Manheim in Germany from 1921 up until approximately 1960.  With one or two exceptions, all models had single cylinder, horizontal, two-stroke engines.  In 1956 John Deere took over the company and the old Lanz factory is now their European manufacturing base.

If you own a Lanz tractor please provide details for inclusion in the Register.  In return I will provide an updated extract from the Register for your country.  I will also provide a copy of the Lanz Newsletter which contains information (in English) on the availability of spares, paint, instruction manuals, spare parts lists, and more.
