Between - Inspired by Hundertwasser

	‘Between’ inspired by the work of Hundertwasser consists of three panels closely hung which give a negative image of the famous pillars to be found in his apartment block in Vienna. The area ‘between’ uses reverse appliqué - (layers of fabric cut back to reveal the colours of each layer). Squares and circles embellished with machine stitching have been applied to the surface which results in a colourful and swirling impression of the art of Hundertwasser.
