Income from the cottages has increased substantially during 8 years occupation. around 40% of visitors are repeat. The area is very popular with the tourist trade with many local attactions, with quiet roads and stunning scenery.

Winter lettings are above the norm as the property overlooks Wigtown Bay Nature Reserve a haven for birdwatchers and wildfowlers.
