PLEASE NOTE

The classes get quite busy, particularly the evening classes, and there may be a waiting list so it is best to book early. To get the full benefit of the classes it is  recommended that you attend at least four sessions. If it is the first time you are attending the classes you will need to start before you are 35 weeks pregnant.

Please note it is essential to book a place and await confirmation of your actual start date from Lesa (booking secretary) before you begin to attend the class.

Booked classes are non-refundable unless your baby is born early or you are admitted into hospital.

You will need to wear loose, comfortable clothing when you go to the class and please bring a blanket and a cushion (eg. a travel rug or throw). It is best to avoid eating a large meal before the class - better to eat a light snack an hour or so beforehand.
