Sophy Hoare A Day of Yoga
10.30 a.m.- 4.30 p.m. 2 March  [£40 | £30 (concs)]
Sophy says:  “My way of teaching changes as my own practice changes and deepens.  I am committed to Vanda’s way of working with gravity and the breath to undo the body and revitalise the spine.  It is a complete re-education of the body.  It is not about stretching but about undoing tension in order to facilitate deeper layers of awareness and control, allowing an extremely pleasurable unfolding to take place.
Swami Satvikananda Well Woman Yoga Workshop
10 a.m.- 4.30 p.m. 16 March  [£40 | £30 (concs)]
Yoga aimed specifically to encourage and maintain good health for women from menstruation to menopause and beyond, as well as helping those with existing female problems.  Suitable for women of all ages.  This workshop covers problematical menstrual cycles, infertility, fibroids, difficult menopause, stress incontinence and endometriosis.  Postures are geared to maximum health and are of benefit to women at all stages and conditions of their life cycle.  Suitable diets are discussed and yogic breath taught to relieve stress and anxiety and to cool those hot flushes.
Dr. Shrikrishna Weekend Retreat at Tekels Park in Camberley
Friday 21 March - Sunday 23 March  [£195]
This weekend retreat will continue along similar lines to Dr Shrikrishna previous YBT retreats. Held largely in silence, it will create the "space" needed for participants to delve further into the deeper aspects of yoga, the aim of all Dr Shrikrishna's teachings. The focus will be on the spiritual aspects of yoga, providing experience and knowledge from the heart of yoga, which is largely neglected - even unknown - in much of the yoga taught in the West. While lip- service is often given to Pantanjali's eight limbs of yoga, the overriding emphasis in most yoga classes is on the third limb, i.e. asanas. Particularly striking, is the neglect of the fourth limb, pranayama, which can form a bridge from asanas to the meditative limbs of yoga. Yoga philosophy and psychology are also largely neglected.
Sal Wood and Josiah Hincks Blossom into Spring
10.30 a.m.- 4.30 p.m. 13 April  [£40 | £30 (concs)]
Unfolding from within to access the transformative potential of yoga. Having originally trained in the Ivengar tradition, Sal values postural fine-tuning and combines this with inner sensing, to give space for experiencing movement within a pose.
Tula Yoga Workshop
10.00 a.m.- 4.30 p.m. 11 May [£40 | £30 (concs)]
In this workshop Tula will teach you how to go deeper into, unfolding and freeing the body, without imposing stretching.  She will show you how to work with gravity, the breath and the spine as it releases more vitality, and how to use the space in your body and around you.  Tula has been inspired by the teachings of Vanda  - “it is her spirit that continues to touch me. It has been and continues to be a wonderful journey, and I will try to share some of this with you so you also may know that nothing is impossible”.
Peter Blackaby Yoga Workshop
10.30 a.m.- 4.30 p.m. 7 June  [£40 | £30 (concs)]

The body has innate responses to the breath and to gravity, they combine to form effective responses to the insistent pull of gravity. This workshop will look at the ways yoga sets about addressing both breath and gravity.

Bill Wood Yoga Weekend
10.30 a.m.- 4.30 p.m. 11 & 12 October  [£40 | £30 (concs)] per day

“Posture should be steady and comfortable, with effort loosened and awareness unobstructed.” The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (c.200BC)

Bill’s practice has been most inspired by Diane Long and John Stirk, both of whom were students of the late Vanda Scaravelli. He has also trained as a Sivananda teacher and as a Yoga Therapist with the Yoga Biomedical Trust.
